Race Night 7/31/09

What a wild night of racing we had!

THERE WAS DEFINATLY DIRT AND ATTITUDE IN THE AIR!
Trophy dash's were sponsored by Fernando Shipley's State Farm Ins.
In the 12-18 class Dylan Miller took the win.
In the 6-11 group it was the Jacob "TheTWISTER" Mabbitt .

Thanks to Peter D Motorsports, during intermission they gave us a little show with their Mini Modlite car taking a few laps on the track.
The 50/50 drawing Winner was Kris Tower Sr. making his birthday alittle better don't ya think? Also, a Drawing for an igloo set and won by a spectator named Amber.

The Main Events got started around 9:00 with the pace car brought up by Peter D Motorsports! Sweet looking Modelite! The kids did 3 parade laps as they went 4 wide to get the the fans on their feet in true dirt track style.

In lap 8 Thomas Phillips Rolled over to make it the only rollover for the night!

Shame, shame boys! Car's 44 and 3 continued to race down the back staight away bumping and arguing under yellow getting them a Black flag (ooooo ahhhhh, not something that happens often). They both got ejected from the race for unsportsman like conduct.

That didn't effect the Plum Crazy team too much with the winner being #4 PCR racer Cody Melcher for his second main event win this year.

Zabe with his buddy Austin Higginbotham!
#25 Zariel Saenz on the first lap he took the lead and never looked back taking his first main event win.
